The Inspirations Store - UK Special Delivery Service*
Choose Special Delivery* for next day delivery or delivery on a specific day (Monday to Friday). Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service or Parcelforce next day service to a UK delivery address (excluding some areas, see note below). A personal greeting from you can be included.
For delivery on a specific day (Mon-Fri), give the delivery date in checkout.
Leave the date blank for delivery at the earliest possible date.
A signature will be required on delivery.

Special delivery orders, a guide to deadlines are as follows*:
Normally for delivery Tuesday to Friday - place your order by 3pm the day before.
Normally for delivery on Saturday/Monday (not bank holiday) - place your order by 12 noon*** the previous Friday for delivery on Saturday or Monday (you cannot choose which day).
***Must be placed by 8am on Friday 16th May.
NOTE: All days above refer to working days Monday to Friday - bank holidays are excluded.

Saturday Delivery*
Guaranteed Saturday delivery is possible for an additional £2.50 (inc vat) to the Special Delivery charge. If you would like this service then telephone 0845 22 64064 to request by 2pm Friday. The additional charge will be added to your order payment. This option is for orders under 2kg in weight and excludes some areas.
We are sorry Guaranteed Saturday delivery is not an option for Saturday 17th May.

Notes
*We will try to get your order to you or your recipient for the date requested but we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on that day and we take no responsibility for late deliveries attributable to the service offered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If there is no one in at the time of delivery then a card will be left with instructions on arranging delivery or collection from the local delivery office. If delivery of your order is not attempted on the delivery day then we will refund the extra paid for this service.
Special Delivery service is for Monday to Friday delivery excluding bank holidays to UK addresses only excluding some areas and islands of Scotland.
Saturday Delivery service is for Saturday delivery to UK addreses only excluding some areas and islands of Scotland.
For orders over 2kg in weight, Special Delivery and Saturday Delivery service is not available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or remote areas and islands of Scotland.
This service is available for most items in store. If the item you have ordered is not available or we are unable to provide special delivery service for the items you have chosen then we will email you to inform you so please check your email.
