For UK delivery, we offer a gift wrapping option which can be chosen in checkout together with your selected postal service of First Class post or Special Delivery. | Making A Purchase Shopping at The Inspirations Store is easy. The store is divided by sections - click each Gift Section to see the items. Make colour or item selection from the drop down lists (if appropriate). Click the 'Basket' for each item you would like to buy. Prices are in UK pounds sterling. Postage and packing will be added at checkout before card payment - see section below for details. You can update quantities or delete items in your Basket by selecting 'View Shopping Basket' from the menu at the top right of the page. When you have completed your shopping, select 'Checkout'. Enter address and payment details as prompted. Payment can be made by credit card online or offline by telephone or post. We accept many cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. Payment is by credit or debit card online - card details are taken by SagePay who provide secure server payment - see 'Credit Card Security' for more details. Payment must be made before goods are shipped. At checkout completion, you will be given an order receipt and an email will be sent to confirm the order details. Please check this and keep for your reference. |
| Shipping And Handling Postage and packing costs are added at checkout. For detail of these, please click Postage and Packing Charges. If you wish, we can send your gifts for you, provided it is sent to a UK address, and we will include your greeting with the order. You enter your greeting message in checkout. For UK delivery, we offer next day or delivery on a specific day (Mon-Fri). For this service, choose Special Delivery in checkout. Special Delivery option - click for details. Choose a Valentines Day option in checkout for delivery on 14th February 2011. Gift wrapping option can be chosen in checkout. We deliver to all UK (including Northern Island and Isles of Scotland) addresses and also the Channel Islands. |
| Delivery Orders are usually despatched same day or next working day by either Royal Mail 1st class post or special delivery* (next day delivery Mon-Fri UK only) depending on the service chosen in checkout. Orders over 2kg in weight may be sent by Parcelforce or courier. Last post dates for delivery by Christmas 2011: place 1st class delivery orders by 3pm Tuesday 20th December and Special Delivery delivery orders by 3pm Thursday 22nd December. Click here for Christmas delivery information. For items not in stock, we will inform you by email if we think there will be a delay beyond a week before despatch. You should therefore allow ten days for delivery at UK addresses, longer for overseas. If you are working to a deadline that is less than this then please let us know in the checkout process. Or if you wish us to despatch on a certain date then let us know. If we expect there to be a delay, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know. You then have the option to wait, select another item or cancel. Credit card payment is taken at the time your order is processed. A signature will required on delivery. If you are unable to take delivery then a card will be left with instructions about re-delivery/collection. You will need to respond to this immediately to arrange re-delivery or collection or the order will be returned to us. An email will be sent to confirm despatch. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of this 'shipping' email, please let us know so that we can try to find out what has happened to the delivery. Orders are held for only 7 days by Royal Mail before being returned. Please check your email for messages from us about your order. |

| Guarantee We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. The Inspirations Store is an accredited member of SafeBuy and follows the SafeBuy code of practice. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, then you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return the items to us and we will refund the cost of the items.
